Teaching English to the world, one Skype conversation at a time.
Our Mission:
To forge personal connections by teaching English to students around the world through video chat. We hope to form friendships and cultural understanding through language. Our goal is to connect the world through shared language and improve global communication. In the process, we hope to develop a deeper understanding of our own language and learn how to present English in a way that foreign students will understand.

Who We Are:
We are a Service Learning group at Pacific Ridge School in Carlsbad, California. Our group started in the Fall of 2010, under our group leader, Kyle Strong. Through Mr. Strong's connections to a hawgwon in South Korea, we began teaching English to foreign students over Skype. Our goal is to offer any student, in any country, an opportunity to learn English for free.
